Why are the results different each time?

Even if you’re not using your computer for anything, it’s always processing in the background.


Why are the results different when I use other speed tests?

If you’re a Novus customer, and use another provider’s speed test, the data has to travel outside of Novus’ network, which adds a few miliseconds.


What are bits?

Here’s the nitty bitty: a bit is the most basic/smallest amount of info. This speed test measures your speed in millions of bits per second (Mbps).


Results not what you expected?

If you’re a Novus customer, contact us so our pit crew can get you back up to speed. We’re good like that. If you’re not a Novus customer, contact us to try out some faster, smoother wheels.

Give us the information about your current PVR, and we’ll reprogram it so it can play with our system.

Step 3 – Call Novus Technical Support at 604 642 6688 to have your box reprogrammed.
