Understanding your Bill

Learn where to find the information you need on your bill

1. Account Information
Here you’ll see a quick overview of your account: your billing address, account number, and current balance and payment due date.


2. Account summary
This is where you’ll find your payment history and summary of your current month charges.

If any amount of payment is missed from previous bill cycle, you will see the amount that carried over underneath Past Activity.

The FULL amount due will be shown at the bottom of this section. To avoid any late fees, you will want to look at paying the balance you see underneath Amount Due.


3. Updates/Promotions
Here you’ll find service update notices and information about current promotions, free previews and Novus Video on Demand.

If there is an issue or an important update in regards to you account, you will see that information in this section in red as well.

4. Detailed bill information
Here you’ll find a detailed breakdown of your bill monthly charges, promotions, and taxes.

  • Monthly Services
    • Shows all the service and rental equipment you have with us
    • Shows regular price of all services
    • Shows the date of the services that are charged
  • Promos & Discounts
    • Shows promotion/discount name and amount taken off
    • Shows date of when promotion/discount will end
  • Taxes
    • Shows tax amount


5. Pre-Authorized Payment Plan
If you’d like to set-up pre-authorized monthly payments by credit card or bank account, this is the one time form you’ll need to fill out and send back to us.

Give us the information about your current PVR, and we’ll reprogram it so it can play with our system.

Step 1 – Fill in the information below to confirm ownership of your equipment.

Step 2 – Connect your digital box to your TV, the wall cable outlet and an electrical outlet.

Step 3 – Call Novus Technical Support at 604 642 6688 to have your box reprogrammed.

I confirm that the information provided is correct, the name above is the rightful owner of the digital terminal with the serial number above. Digital terminal listed above is not subject to any lease or rental agreement, and is being re-programmed at my request.

*Please note these PVR's can only be reprogrammed if they are non-Shaw or OCAP boxes
