Beam TV | Different Guide Styles
CatchUp TV lets you watch shows that already aired, while Restart TV lets you restart the program currently airing live. With CatchUp TV on BeamTV, you can go back and watch programs from up to 48 hours ago.
If you don’t see a white box, it means that program or channel doesn’t support Restart or CatchUp TV.
Want to see all upcoming programs on one channel?
You can turn this feature on by adjusting your guide style in the settings. It’s not on by default, so a quick change in settings will enable it.
1. Click the left button and select the Settings menu
2. Select Television and then, Primary Guide Style
3. The default Primary Guide Style is set to Grid Guide
There are two options to view the guide.
Option 1: This sets the default view that appears when you press the guide button once.
Change the Grid Guide to Channel lineup and then Save
Now when pressing the Guide button, it will show:
Option 2: This keeps your default view, and adds an extra guide style that appears when you press the guide button twice.
Select Guide Rotation in the Primary Guide Style
Check the Channel Lineup and Save
The guide button now rotates between two views: press once for the Grid Guide, press twice for the Channel Lineup.
