Once you’ve set up your account with us, follow these steps to connect your device(s) to your new Novus router.
Step 1
Locate your Novus router (figure 1.0). You will usually find it in the wiring enclosure (figure 2.0) where all of your telecommunication wiring is. This might be in a closet or storage room.
Step 2
On the Novus router, there should be a sticker with an SSID number (the router’s ID) and WPA Key (default WiFi password) (figure 3.0). Use this information for the WiFi settings on your device(s).
Step 3
In the WiFi settings on your device, look for an SSID with the name “NOVUS_(SSID number on the sticker from Step 2). Select this.
Step 4
When prompted for the WiFi password, use the WPA Key from Step 2.
Step 5
That’s it! Your device should now be connected to Western Canada’s Fastest Internet!
