At Novus, we strive to ensure that our services and facilities are accessible to all individuals, including those who experience accessibility barriers. The Accessibility Officer is responsible for reviewing and addressing accessibility feedback.

Your feedback regarding the accessibility of our organization is essential in helping us identify barriers, improve accessibility, and enhance the overall experience of customers, employees, and guests.

Feedback may be submitted anonymously. We will acknowledge receipt of feedback in the same manner in which it was received, unless it was submitted anonymously.

If you wish to receive a response, please include your name and contact information.

Please provide the following details in your feedback (if applicable):

1) Description of the accessibility issue(s) encountered, concerns and/or suggestions for improvement
2) Location and date of occurrence

Step 3 – Call Novus Technical Support at 604 642 6688 to have your box reprogrammed.

I confirm that the information provided is correct, the name above is the rightful owner of the digital terminal with the serial number above. Digital terminal listed above is not subject to any lease or rental agreement, and is being re-programmed at my request.

*Please note these PVR's can only be reprogrammed if they are non-Shaw or OCAP boxes
