Regular TV | Channels Not Working, How to Power Cycle
Learn how to power cycle your digital box.
If you aren’t receiving all your TV channels and all the connections/cables going into your TV and digital box are secure, you may need to conduct a power cycle.
- Remove the power cord from the back of your digital box
- Keep the power cord unplugged, and wait 15 seconds
- After 15 seconds, plug the power cord back into your digital box
- Wait 1-2 minutes before turning your digital box on (some digital boxes have a blinking white light on the front, where the LCD screen is, this is normal)
Please note, some digital boxes will turn on automatically after you’ve conducted a power cycle. But with certain boxes, you’ll need to turn on manually by pressing the power button located on the front of the box.
