MyNovus | Updated Login Information
On April 3 2017, MyNovus will be updated with the ability to only use one set of login credentials to access everything in one place.
Here’s what you’ll need to do starting April 3 2017:
1. Stop using the Username & Password you use to view your Internet and/or Phone account details.
2. Instead, use the Email Address & Password that you use to access your Billing details to access everything
3. If you forgot your password, please go here and reset it
