  • Television commercial production costs are additional to weekly broadcast rates. Production services are billed at a set-rate for standard packages, and by the hour for animation.

  • Ads provided by clients must be 640x280 pixels, 16 or 24 bit color in .bmp format. 22khz Audio format, 16 bit stereo in .wav format.

Rates in effect Oct 1, 2007 for Novus Entertainment Inc. Prices are listed per week. Ads run once per hour, 24 hours a day. Billing is monthly, commencing with first air date. Contracts are subject to a four week minimum. Contract cancelled before their expiration, but after the initial four week commitment will be subject to a charge of 25% of the remaining contract period. Contracts cancelled prior to the four week minimum will be charged the full rate for the initil 4 weeks and 25% for the duration.
