- DAVID CHALK CONNECTED
- Explore how technology can enhance your lifestyle with Dave Chalk & Mike Agerbo
-
Host Dave Chalk has proven that with the right approach, anything complex can be made very simple. He embraces the idea
that with the appropriate information, people can be empowered through technology, rather than be overwhelmed by it.
-
It was in the early 90's when Dave Chalk, founder of Doppler Computer Superstores, realized people were not getting the information they wanted.
In response, Dave started DTV - a television show that provided practical computer information. Within a few months numerous television stations requested that the
show be developed into a regular television series.
-
In 1996, Dave Chalk's Computer Show was born, and the concept of 'technology with a human touch' went to a new level. Dave's user-friendly approach became the
show's hallmark. The show's next incarnation, Dave Chalk Computer Life, was shot on Dave's farm - extending the lifestyle theme with a calming backdrop to the
fast-paced world of technology.
-
Although Dave's philosophy remains the same in Dave Chalk Connected, the show now also offers a glimpse behind the scenes to allow the viewer to see how a
TV show is made. Dave also shares personal insights to provide perspective on the ever-changing world of technology.
